Action Alert – Contact County Executive Walker to Preserve Funding for Housing, Mental Health, & Disability Services
Milwaukee County is beginning the 2010 budget cycle and your help is needed to advocate for funding of supportive housing and services for people with mental illness. Departments were given tough targets requiring them to reduce their overall budget. As a result, their proposed budgets include significant cuts.
